You know it's a good idea to interest your children in hunting. It promotes good family values, communications, and responsibilities. To help encourage your children to enjoy hunting we are offering you this great opportunity to hunt with your child, a friends child, or any young person you would like to introduce to the sport of hunting in a safe environment.
We offer an enclosed facility with about 200 acres to hunt. We have a large number of deer to keep the youngster or the old timer interested. Imagine the thrill of your childs first deer. The excitement of seeing more deer in a day than many hunters see in years on state land. You can hunt together in our large enclosed blinds. This way you can video the experience for years of enjoyment. This special hunt is available for young people under 18 hunting with a parent or guardian.
No license is required so children of any age may hunt with you. We have a shooting area where they can sight in their weapon of choice.
We have a number of 4 1/2 year old bucks. These deer are not hand fed and are not truly acclimated to people. Every year we harvest deer that we did not even know were in the enclosures. They hide extremely well. Especially since they have over 100 acres per enclosure to hide in.
Hunt with us this year by securing the dates you want now. Deposits will hold the dates of your choice. Don't miss out on the opportunity to see more large bucks in a day than most of us see in a lifetime of hunting.
Hunts start September 1 and run through January 1. We have a few dates available for November and December. Doe hunts are $300.00 per animal. Antlered bucks start at $100.00 per point. Trophy bucks start at $200.00 per point. There is a minimum charge of $500.00 for a buck.
A $100.00 deposit is required to book your hunt. The sooner you book a date the more likely we can accommodate your schedule. Hunt dates fill rapidly. If you need more information than this please contact me at wilmarranch.
There is a $100.00 per day fee for guide and access to the property. This fee is payable whether you harvest an animal or not.
We have a 28ft travel trailer which can be used to accommodate overnight guests. This can sleep up to 6 people.
**** Hunters with special needs or physical limitations are welcome!
We have several blinds that you can drive directly to. Some have a large door to accommodate wheelchairs. All have large openings for viewing wildlife. If you are interested in this hunt please contact us so that we may make the necessary arrangements for you to enjoy your hunt with us.
